CANCELLATION POLICY

Please book with valid name, failure to do so will result in a cancellation and loss of deposit. Luxe Nailzz reserves the right to charge a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and no shows. Cancelled appointments will result in a loss of deposit. Rescheduled appointments must stay within the same month as the original booking. To book for a different month, you’ll need to cancel and rebook. No-show individuals will be banned from future booking. A 10 minute grace period is given, after 10 minutes the appointment is cancelled with a cancellation fee of 30%. Please book the service you intend to receive.
